Cheeseburgers are one of the top ten favourite food items and pizzas? Not so much BUT cheeseburger pizza?! I can deal with that.
I have made different meat pizzas before and this is one of my favourites. Instead of using minced beef, i changed it up a little and used italian sausage. 🙂 Here is what you will need

Pizza dough – Recipe and step by step here.
Tomato sauce :
Need: 1 can tomato paste
2 cups water
1 tsp basil
1 tsp oregano
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp onion powder
2 tsp light brown sugar
1/2 tsp red pepper flakes
Salt & Pepper to taste

For the toppings:
These ingredients can make you two medium size pizzas (so will the dough)
3 italian sausage / 2 cups minced beef
6-8 strips of bacon
2 cup sliced mushrooms
1/2 large white onion (or red)
2 cups mozzarella cheese ( or as much as desired)
2 cups cheddar cheese (or as much as desired)

Step 1 – Prepare pizza dough~

Step 2 – While pizza dough is rising; prepare tomato sauce. Just mix all ingredients into a small pan and simmer for about 20 minutes then set aside.

Step 3 –  Prepare the raw ingredients.
Crumble the sausage and cook. If you are using minced beef, season the beef with couple tablespoons of soy sauce, pepper and 1tablespoon cornstarch.

Step 4 – I have been having problems with slightly uncooked dough in the middle. This is what I ended up doing – After stretching the dough, let is rise for an additional 10 mins. Add some sauce and pop in the oven for about 5 minutes
Step 5 – Add more sauce and then start topping pizza
Step 6 – Start with sausage (portion your ingredients so you don’t run out when you get to the second pizza)

Then just layer all other ingedients. Break up bacon strips into bite size pieces.
I ran out of cheddar cheese (but it would taste way better with it) and I am using less cheese (cutting down on fattening food) but feel free to load on the cheese~
Pop in the oven for about 10-15 mins until cheese and crust is golden brown.
