A Housewife’s Tale episode 145

Another quickie recap:

Sunday – Started the week with some awesome Beef short ribs and mushroom tofu soup. I haven’t made soup in a while and I got to say – I miss homecooked soups that have everything but the kitchen sink in them. yummmm

.
.

Monday – I made some chicken rice but forgot to take a pictrure! *gasps* instead of pictures of dinner, how bout my lunch? Had Vietnamese with the guys and the BBH was disappointing but the egg rolls were freaking delish!

.
.

Tuesday – KFC!!!

.
.

Wednesday – Have been super busy at work, so had to go home later than usual so I haven’t really cooked dinner or packed my lunches. Went out for lunch again and my leftovers were dinner! It was from the Marina market and not very good but oh well…

.
.

Thursday – Dinner was a weird one… I came home past 8 pm so I just popped some hot wings in the oven and whipped up dumplings. With that we had instant rice, which was a bad idea! The rice tasted like plastic and totally ruined my appetite. *sigh*

.
.

Friday – Yay! group lunch at Mingalaba that was awesome!!! Definitely went all out with the ladies and had way too much food but it was awesome~ The murtabak was delish and reminded me of home BUT cost $6.95!!! FOR ONE PIECE!!! *tears*

Meep and I met up w DK for dinner at Smoking Pig BBQ, which was kinda in the middle of nowhere dingy little place BUT it was delish. The brisket was to die for.

.
.

Saturday – Vis back from Hong Kong so it was time for a catch up dinner! I met up w V myself since Meep wanted to stay home and watch the Stanley Cup Playoffs. We ate at Jang Su Jang; amazing food albeit a tad pricey.

After dinner, we stopped by Paris Baguette which was a tad disappointing. Honestly, I think PB is overrated.

.

It is gonna be a crazy month since I have a lot of my plate. Have not been blogging much but hopefully after June deadline, I will be back at it again. Be patient w me. Laters!
