OMG! What a crazy few weeks… Work has been a tad intense, prolly my own doing but deadline is coming up soon and I still have lots to do! Time to get cracking, and Meep has been suffering the most since I haven’t cooked much at home neither have I been cleaning much. *sigh* Maybe it really is time to considering hiring someone to help out w the cleaning… Before I go on another rant, this is what we have been eating:
Sunday – Meep and I went out for Brunch w V at Los Gatos Cafe before hanging out at her new apartment! She was dog sitting, so we had three dogs with us and that was definitely a challenge. I ordered the Copenhagen pancakes (thin French style pancakes stuffed with raspberry cream cheese) and it was fabulous!
We then had a luxurious dinner at Tai Pan, with our favourite XO lamb, walnut shrimp and to top it off – a giant lobster! Thanks for dinner V!!!!

Monday – Meep fed himself some leftovers from Tai Pan coz I had to work late.

Tuesday – Boyz II Men was in town and performing at the San Mateo County Fair! I got us tickets in the VIP section and we got to see them up close *loves*Â I obviously pigged out on Fair food,which were overpriced but awesome!!! lol Check out the giant brick of chili curly fries!
And of course I have to share a picture of the men!

Wednesday – Had lunch w A and ordered a couple dishes so I could work late and not have to cook dinner. Salted fish fried rice, Roast Pork and Duck.

Thursday – Didn’t cook since I had a dinner at the SCC to get my certificate for volunteering with VITA. ^_^ Got a certificate and all from the IRS~

Friday – Went out w the girls for a night out at Skool. The food was way better than I expected. Favourite of the night were the mushroom fries, scallops and flourless chocolate cake! yummm

Saturday – I had brunch by myself (the first time ever!) at Toast in Noe Valley. I got to say, brunch is not as fun alone and I have gotten so spoilt when it comes to food that I get bored if I ever have to finish a whole dish myself (instead of having half of mine and half of Meep’s). This nutella pancakes were freaking amazing tho!
Dinner was w our favourite SK & A at Central Kitchen. Another great meal! I have to say, this was one productive day~

Work has been insane but lets see how well I can keep up with everything. If I go missing for a while, please don’t blame me!!!
