We have totally become In & Out’s biggest fan for the past 3 weeks; twice a week we pigged out on burgers… this is not helping with me trying to keep off the weight I managed to shed off in the first few mths of 2010.
I blame it on a very stressful week of “trying” to study. I know I’ve used this excuse wayyyy too many times BUT hopefully not much more the next few weeks (till the  next exam).

Sunday – Dint cook; picked up what seems to be our new staple. 🙂
Went to the mall in the afternoon for a hair cut and some retail therapy (for Meep), and also picked up some yummie ice cream from Mitsuwa Marketplace. Love love these mochi  balls (yes, I call them mochi balls)

Monday – marinated some chicken in lemongrass, soy, shallot, garlic n etc. Baked it in the oven; served w a mushroom trio and rice.

Tuesday – Black bean spare ribs; just to finish up the ribs I have in the freezer. Ever since I made this dish a couple months ago, Meep would request for them and I don’t mind complying coz it is sooo simple (recipe to come)

Wednesday – No cooking. Too busy stressing out about writing an exam the next day. Instant noodles for dinner~

Thursday – Sushi at Sushi Infinity along w Sapporo beer~

Friday – Beef and kimchi stir fry with a cute little quail egg. 🙂

Saturday – Meep had 2 back to back hockey games and felt he needed to replenish w BURGERS. Rather than the usual; he went all out w a TRIPLE TRIPLE! 3 patties n 3 slices of cheese.
I thought that was overkill; n he  proved my point by being grossed out by the time he finish his burger, fries AND a strawberry shake.
